There is Children’s Church today, Sun. June 8th but there will be NO Children‘s Church next Sun. June 15th.

Congratulations to the following couples celebrating Wedding Anniversaries this week: Kyle and Julie Lauver will celebrate their 2nd Anniversary on June 10th; Barbra and Andrew Snyder will celebrate their 3rd Anniversary on June 12th; Mary and Ken Zeigler will celebrate their 5th Anniversary on June 14th. May all of these couples be blessed with many more happy years together!

WORSHIP TIME CHANGE

VALLEYS WORSHP SERVICE WILL BEGIN AT 10:00AM FOR THE SUMMER ON SUNDAY, JUNE 8TH!

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

Vacation Bible School will be held on Saturday, July 19th from 9:00AM to 4:00PM at The Valleys. This year the theme is Waterworks Parks VBS. It will be an unforgettable day of fun-filled, faith-adventures, where kids ride the wave of God’s love.

Check the June and July newsletters and upcoming bulletins for more details. If you would like to help out in any way, (teacher, helper, kitchen helper, crafts, scenery, etc.), please see Marie Herb as soon as possible.

If you would like to be on one of the Offering Teams, please see Peggy Berra. We are looking for people to fill 3 more teams.

FOOD BANK DONATIONS: ANY non-perishable food is greatly appreciated. The donation box is in the Narthex and you may bring in donations on any Sunday. On the first Sunday of the month, the food donations will be blessed during our Worship Service. Don’t forget to bring in your food donations! Thank you.

Join us for Exercise class Wednesday evening at 6:00PM. Bring good walking shoes and a stretch band or long towel.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Volunteers are needed to help with the Rutter Sale on Wednesday, June 18th 4:00PM until _?_ and Saturday, June 21st 8:00AM until ? Please see Donna Novinger or Marie Herb if you can help on either of those days.

Also we need some “goodies” such as brownies, rice krispie candy, fudge, cookies and also hamburg for BBQ for the sales. There will be a list on the bulletin board of items needed.

UCC DAY AT LAKE TOBIAS WILDLIFE PARK

Sponsored by the Northern Cluster of Churches

Join fellow UCC church members and friends at beautiful 150-acre Lake Tobias Wildlife Park in Halifax on June 28th from 11:00AM to 5:00PM. A portion of each admission price will be donated to Heifer Project International.

Admission is Adults:$10 Children (ages 3-12): $8 Children under 3: free Ticket Price Includes: Safari Tours, Zoo Exhibits, Petting Zoo, Reptile Building (To visit all attractions will take approximately 4 hours.)
